A+UD undertakes residential, commercial and institutional building projects providing urban design analysis, master planning, design management activities, predesign advice, schematic design, full architectural documentation  and project design documentation coordination services.  We specialise in building refurbishment and adaptive reuse projects up to $50m in value. A+UD also provides industry-related examination services for professional bodies like the Board of Architects Queensland. We enjoy collaborative engagement between designers and clients and can tailor services to suit particular projects and client interests.

A+UD’s Principal Architect Adrian Papi has a background as Project Architect delivering a range of project types including schools, public housing, precinct master planning, special projects (eg Heritage), TAFES, planning studies, urban design studies,and from 2010 until June 2013, the refurbishment of an ex-QUT university campus into a government office precinct.
